Draft for lawyer review — not legal advice

Refunds

Contact hello@myabcstory.com. This draft should be checked against US consumer rules and the print partner's reprint terms before launch.

Before it is printed

If you cancel before we send the files to the printer, we expect to refund the order.

After it is printed

Each book is made for one child, so we do not offer a change-of-mind return once printing has started. If the book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us and we will reprint or refund that copy.

Digital files

Digital PDFs are not on sale at launch. If they are switched on later, this section needs a separate rule for downloads.
